Review of Unagi Don Set at Herbivore by syyu

The set has a good combination of different dishes. The mock unagi is not bad, but I hope it could be more juicy or chewy. I would also prefer of there is more sauce as the rice is overall a bit dry without it(but still good rice!) The salad and miso soup are really good though!
