Tofu Scramble at Scheckter's RAW Gourmet — Gouri Barua's Review (Nov 15, 2020)

One of my favourite breakfasts. It can look a tad mingy sometimes but boy! is it filling. (It is usually served with mushrooms.) (Also on the menu it says Scrambled Eggs - why would you say that if it's a vegan restaurant and it's tofu?)
