I’ve been getting into soups lately and this is one of my favorites. It’s similar to the red lentil soup here except the lentils are more coarse. I love the coconut 🥥 and coriander that round out the soup and give it just the right amount of kick. If you’re around Robertson Quay definitely check this out!

Tried it - very tasty!
I do make this kind of soup . Now I will add coconut touch . I make with my home made veggies broth . Fresh ginger and mace spicy.
