I sometimes forget how satisfying a entree-size salad can be! Tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, carrots, and lettuce with pita and balsamic vinaigrette is a winning combo! And it’s under ten bucks—almost unheard of for a fresh meal on Maui. 🍅 🥒 🧅 🥕 🥬 #MauiVegan
