
I didn’t cook these according to the instructions on the box, so take my review with a grain of salt (or a grain of risoni.) Mine were a little undercooked I think, but if you like “al dente” then these are a good texture. I found it much chewier than wheat-based pasta. I also like that they have some flavor on their own (enhanced by adding vegetable stock to the water they’re cooked in!)
