3rd and final variety in the multipack. This was surprisingly my favorite, but I think it is partially because I now know how to best cook it in my oven (high rack, 450, 8.5 min) and because the stinger flavors of fennel and bell peppers toned down the vegan cheese flavor. The seitan was crumbly, but that allowed it to be spread out all amongst the pizza so you had some in each bite. Enjoyed this one.
