Hand-Tossed Pizza Supreme

This pizza has taken the number 1 spot on my favorites (sorry, Amy’s!) The crust

is perfectly bready, which is a challenge with most frozen pizzas. The sauce has just the right amount of flavor and zest. The toppings are delicious - I love the meaty crumble and mix of veggies. While nothing beats the fresh-made thing (make sure to check them out if you’re ever in Philly), this frozen version is fantastic! #pizza #veganpizza #veganisnotscary

3rd and final variety in the multipack. This was surprisingly my favorite, but I

think it is partially because I now know how to best cook it in my oven (high rack, 450, 8.5 min) and because the stinger flavors of fennel and bell peppers toned down the vegan cheese flavor. The seitan was crumbly, but that allowed it to be spread out all amongst the pizza so you had some in each bite. Enjoyed this one.

pizza is never great IMO. Here comes Blackbird to change the game. Thank you. JUST ATE HALF OF THIS FOR DINNER!!! Will be eating the other half for breakfast!!!
