Simply the biggest burrito I've ever had - and one of the best! Look at this robust list of ingredients: vegan chickpea scramble with roasted corn, peppers, nopales cactus, avo crema, vegan ceviche slaw, roasted potato, black beans, and a kiss of carrot habanero ginger sauce lovingly wrapped in a hot (and huge!) tortilla. Nice to see North County San Diego is really picking up its vegan game these days!
