Lion Mane Aglio Olio at Saute-San — shawneofthedead's Review (Oct 18, 2020)

Pure comfort food in a bowl. Saute San's aglio olio pasta already comes with heaping servings of ingredients - including shitake and shimeji mushrooms, soy bacon, cherry tomatoes and capsicum chunks. I couldn't resist adding in lion mane mushrooms for the added burst of texture. The result was pleasing and garlicky and very tasty. 😍
