Review of Fawaffle at Alijandro's Kitchen by ttvqueenvegan

Need to ask for this to be vegan, but you get to pick everything that goes in it.
You wouldn't guess what the cone is made out of...it's chickpea flour! And it actually tasted really good. I was surprised. 😂 You can see the full size in the background there.
Never seen this anywhere. It's truly a unique dish and glad I had the opportunity to try it.
The great thing about Alijandro's Kitchen is that pretty much everything can be made vegan! Also, they do prepare it separately from the meat items which is a plus for those who worry about cross contamination. A lot of their sauces are vegan as well.
A new surprise is coming involving beyond meat at this place too. I'm definitely looking forward to that. 👀
