I listened to a podcast recently where the owner of Nathan’s Famous in Coney Island said their hot dogs are so good they’re meant to be eaten without toppings. Maybe that’s true (I haven’t had one) but personally I always love mustard on mine. This one has that standard taste and vibrant color. With other things I like Dijon or spicy, but on a hot dog this feels right.
