I love Nona sauces! I just recently tried the carbonara sauce and made a low carb /keto pasta dish using these konji-like noodles I found and wanted to try out. The noodles were a little spongey but good, I also made rice paper bacon and put it in the pasta, I also made sundried tomato bruschetta with the rice bacon 🥓 on it and drizzled the sauce on it too! The sauce is a little on the salty side.

Although this packaging is lighter, I prefer the reusable jar because it’s not disposable plastic.
