Really good cashew based sauce! I was excited to try this and was not disappointed. Super simple to toss on some pasta for a fast vegan meal.
Honestly wasn’t expecting it to taste like this. Very smoky flavour. It was good but wasn’t excellent.
This was one of the items Jesse got me for my bday! I was soooo excited to try it because I love MY Nonna and I had never seen a vegan carbonara packaged sauce before. I did not enjoy it. I ended up giving it away because I disliked it so much. I spent a long time making homemade gnocchi and I felt like this sauce ruined my hard work. Would not recommend.
Good sauce For pasta if you are rushed for time. It is thick and creamy and the taste is pretty decent
