Review of Pandan Cake at Dongshan Eastern Highland Healthy Cake House by waisum

I’m convinced this is an actual pandan flavored cloud masquerading as cake because it’s really that soft and fluffy!! And tastes even better than non-vegan ones. The chiffon is so light I almost ate the entire cake on my own😬
