Tasted just as good or even better than non-vegan version as per verdict by my sister. In fact, we finished half in a seating š¤£. This was really fragrant, soft and fluffy.. and the best part, its so light that you dont feel sinful after eating it. If you want to convinced your non-vegan friends that vegan cakes taste just as good, this is the one to go!
Havenāt had a chiffon cake in so many years!! Didnāt even like chiffon cake before
going vegan but now I appreciate it because itās such a difficult texture to replicate without eggs - not sure how they did it but itās like fluffy clouds. Not too sweet too! Pandan flavour could be stronger but overall this is something Iād buy again. $5 #veganisnotscary

Wow. I can write an essay about this. Letās start with texture. I love pandan
chiffon cake so so much that I miss it entirely. The texture was so similar just so much softer. Taste: no eggy or buttery taste and has a weird chemical taste that i think is the egg replcer. pandan taste not strong and it was a little salty. However, I love it! I will still get it from time to time! The uncle spent 10 years perfecting this recipe and I will wholeheartedly support this passion <33
