Crumbed Tofu Burger at Baby Su — ed8080's Review (Sep 30, 2020)

Simply delicious. A soft bun around a chunky piece of panko crumbed tofu to which is added red satay, crunchy lotus chips, herb salad, mustard and chilli. Even better when you have the burger bundled with the waffle cut fries and a simple - looking Japanese garden salad which was really yummy (coming from someone who's not into salad) and the perfect light compliment to everything else on the plate. #veganisnotscary
