You have to order SOMETHING cooked with cereal here - they have cereal prawn, beancurd, mushroom etc. This is the cereal tofu and it's amazing. Crispy without feeling oily, with the silken tofu providing a nice contrast to the crunch of the cereal. Plenty of cereal that's both savoury and a wee bit sweet.
