Review of Tofu - Jinga by 1bigsalad
I wanted a simple tofu that didn’t have multiple preservatives or crazy scientific sounding ingredients in it like most. It simply has non-gmo soy beans, water, and calcium sulfate. Which is an anti caking agent that’s made from minerals; it’s not dairy. Literally the lowest costing tofu at my local asian market, and the packaging looks great and the ingredients don’t seem overly complex. Tastes like tofu - not much to say there! #veganisnotscary
