I know there’s debate about dessert hummus; personally I’m a fan. This one took a minute to adjust to... it looks like pumpkin pie, smells like pumpkin pie, but tastes (and texture-wise feels) like hummus. Once my brain knew what to expect, this was a delicious treat to enjoy with an apple.
