Tastes pretty amazing for a vegan & gluten free cake! Made from avocados to replace butter, top of cake is a smooth and 'buttery' moouse, with a crumbly moist base. Goes very well with the fragrance of the rose petals as well. So addictive! I had it chilled instead of warmed up and it was yummy as well
