Phoebe Sandwich at The Block Food & Drink — gretchens's Review (Sep 12, 2020)

This Phoebe is an interesting and flavorful take on a Rueben. It comes with beets, Chao vegan cheese, sauerkraut, and 1000 island dressing on marble rye. The flavor leans more towards the beets and I would have preferred more sauerkraut, but I would definitely order this sandwich again. It came with a side of homemade pickles, yum!
