The Fly Trap offers vegan and non vegan brunch options! You can make any of their “Rumbles” vegan by subbing tofu and subtracting anything non vegan that may be in the original. They cater to vegans so so well. They make my absolute favorite tofu scramble! It comes with potatoes and toast, they also make the most delicious homemade jam. The atmosphere is great (I obviously only get takeout because covid) and the staff are all so friendly and kind. I recommend to everyone. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES
