Review of Cereal Tofu (Vegan) at Mother Earth Vegetarian by qianyu

Tofu was the right balance between soft and firm on the inside, and crispy on the outside! Generous serving of the crispy cereal bits but felt like it was just a little too sweet, and could've been more savoury and/or spicy if they infused the flavour of the curry leaves and chopped chili better (kinda felt like it was tossed in at the last minute because they couldn't really be tasted in the cereal itself).
