Wow. I can write an essay about this. Let’s start with texture. I love pandan chiffon cake so so much that I miss it entirely. The texture was so similar just so much softer. Taste: no eggy or buttery taste and has a weird chemical taste that i think is the egg replcer. pandan taste not strong and it was a little salty. However, I love it! I will still get it from time to time! The uncle spent 10 years perfecting this recipe and I will wholeheartedly support this passion <33
