Review of Unagi Don Set at Herbivore by nadoose

At first glance, the unagi reminds me of fried beancurd skin. There's not a lot of sauce but the top of the unagi is crispy, 'meaty' part is a little gritty and more of a paste, with a piece of seaweed at the bottom. I would recommend people to go for the unagi sushi instead of the don. The sushi just tastes better with its vegan mayo and avocado. The don is a meh to me.
