Mushroom Satay at The Buddha Bowl 泰幸福Shanna's Review (Aug 16, 2020)

The lion mane was fried, which kind of surprised me. Somehow they managed to make it crispy on the outside, and chewy texture retained on the inside. Peanut sauce rocks. Cucumber very fresh.

For environmental reasons... I'm totally fin without the satay sticks, just saying~
