Phish n chips at The Hogtown Vegan on Collegekajun23's Review (Aug 14, 2020)

It’s a soggy tempeh inside that was coated with a yellow sauce like mustard. They should have fried the tempeh to make a texture that was a bit more palatable. The batter is good and the fries were good but the phish texture was lacking. If you really miss the batter of fish and chips then I guess go for it but don’t expect the texture of something like fish. It’s a deep fried slab of fermented soybeans packed together.

Good to know! I have been here twice and was disappointed...sorry it wasn't the best!
