Interesting, Jap-themed nachos! 🍥🍥 I felt that the dish was pretty average in terms of taste and texture (would have loved some vegan cheese added!) but I have to say that it deserves a 10/10 for originality! It has lotsa tropical flavours in the toppings and the Jap curry sauce was yummy. Best eaten when the dish is fresh! #japcurry
