This is a healthy noodle option. Only 20 calories a serving and gluten free. Tofu noodles do have a sponge-y texture to them. They don’t have the typical wheat noodle texture which is to be expected. But once you get used to the texture the first time you eat them they are perfectly fine and I like them a lot now. They don’t have a lot of flavor by themselves (just like normal tofu).
