Review of Stir Fry Seaweed Kai Lan at R&J Cosy Corner (Zi Zai Vegetarian) by amazinganne

Ordered this thinking it would be the standard stir fry kai lan. But wow this seaweed is crispy, melts in the mouth and so appetizing. The seaweed is actually the Korean Purple Seaweed (purple vegetable zicai) Nori seaweed. It gives a really nice bite together with the crunchy kai lan.
