Pura Vida from The Salad Fork! 100% vegan✨ 100% halal🧚🏼‍♀️ It tasted amazing, there were so many ingredients and flavours which somehow worked amazingly together; I never expected cranberries and broccoli to go so well together! The beet miso hummus tasted surprisingly sweet & had a smooth texture which made the dish so much more unique and flavourful. I’ve reviewed the falafel before, it’s amazing! The spiced chickpeas also added a great crunchy texture to the salad. I added Mint Aioli (add-on option) as well & it mixed very well with the hummus and rest of the salad, highly recommend this combination! The presentation is beautiful, so many colours which makes the eating process even more enjoyable. The packaging is environmentally friendly as well! Oh and the portion given is quite big & definitely enough for person’s lunch or dinner. Amazing dish, I’m enjoying trying dishes from this restaurant! Strongly recommend😌
