Organic Kofu Steak by Bonsan — Plumes's Review (Jul 23, 2020)

I thought there were going to be 2 steaks in this pack so I was disappointed for the price. The taste was ok but the texture was very crumbly. I can't work out if the tofu is actually fermented or whether it is just the kombucha. I wouldn't buy again.
