Review of Chicken Cutlet Noodles at Bodhi Deli 菩提斋 by shanna

BYO Utensils!!! I didn't know plastic utensils were being served. The cutlet was amazing... It's not mock meat like... it has the tenderness and juiciness chew. And the exterior is extremely crispy. The noodles are quite springy after a good mix in the sauce. I added vegetables at 80 cents~ which was a good choice to balance out the meal.
