Review of Nom Nom Rendang Burger at nomVnom Bistro by amazinganne

My crave for burger strikes again! Even better when it is with my favourite rendang! Burger lovers will probably love this as it is a hearty burger with soy patty and the requisite lettuce on a soft fluffy bun. Will also be nicer if the bun is hot too.

This burger has a lot of originality with pompadom crisps and cucumber placed in the burger with both a crispy light and crunchy bite.
The presentation is wonderful too. While it looks like there was a layer of rebdang when presented, the rendang is quickly absorbed, so the overall taste was dry. I am someone who likes sloppy burgers with a super juicy sensation. So this is dry as you can see in the picture showing the side section picture. I found it hard to finish although I was hungry. More rendang gravy please!
