My last lunch for 2020 and I decided to spend it on burgers (just because
I am a big fan). Seeing that nomvnom has finally reintroduced their red rice and charcoal buns, I couldn't help but head back there again. This time I got the Rendang burger and opt for a swap to the lion mane patty and upgraded to red rice bun. Underneath the bun, there were papadum and cucumbers served on top of the Rendang paste, all which were well sat on the patty itself. The papadum remains its crunchiness despite being layered in between the cucumbers and bread and the coral lettuce at the bottom layer was very fresh and crisp. The layers went very well together with the vegetables, Rendang sauce and the patty (which was very meaty!) complementing each other which makes the entire burger delicious. I do recommend this for all to try. #veganin2020
