Review of Dumpling Noodles Dry at Real Food by xinru-t

The vegan dry dumpling noodles ($11.80) consisted of organic noodles which had a taste and texture somewhat similar to ee mian. It was topped with juicy cherry tomatoes, leafy bok choy vegetables, and homemade dumplings. The dumplings were wrapped in a translucent skin and were filled with a hearty mixture of chopped ingredients such as carrots, French beans, mushrooms, tofu, and turnip; the dumplings tasted similar to traditional Teochew dim sum such as crystal dumplings or soon kueh. Highly recommend this dumpling noodles dish made of whole foods.
