✔ twice a day - morning and evening.
✔ each session 100 to 200 times.

choyyuen @vikas Good question! 😄 Combing eases out tangled hair after wash, brushing is used in styling & blowing dry. I used both for my long hair, but I switched to wooden comb after attended my TCM class. Combing becomes my daily health routine, just like exercise. 😊Reply
