Phyllo Dough Sheets by Athensbandita's Review (Jun 14, 2020)

Great to have phyllo dough/puff pastry as a vegan option (some have dairy butter in it). Pictured here is a Wellington dish and a Turkish Borek made from it. I made the Borek from leftover sheets that's been in the freezer for over 6 months and was very surprised that it was still pliable enough to work with! Very nice and flaky results.
