Review of Ei-Ersatz - Biovegan by julyn

This is a very nice egg substitute. For me it is important, that it doesn’t taste or smell like rotten egg. The taste is quiet neutral and the product is made with different flours and other plant-based ingredients which is really good! Unfortunately, the cake I baked with this egg substitute wasn’t too good. Next time I try pancakes 🙃
