I enjoyed this! If you are still hankering for the look of chicken this dish does a pretty decent job of it. And even if you don't need your vegan food pretending to be animal flesh, the taste was good - the sweetness of honey was obvious (even if the menu clearly states it's not actually honey!). Like most mock meat of this nature the 'meat' inside is still a little spongy and chewy although a fair job was done of making it crispy on the outside.
