Sweet Pumpkin Tart at NAMMI PLANTLAB — Madeleine's Review (Jun 6, 2020)

Quite an interesting and delicious take on the ol’ pumpkin pie! This amazing tart had three (3) layers of scrumptiousness that all worked so well in harmony with the flavour profile of the pumpkin. First was a rich, gorgeous layer of cinnamon cream, sitting atop a layer of almond? cake and of course the pumpkin pie which was smooth and sweetened just right, with a candied piece of pumpkin on top. I wanted my fork to be bigger than the escargot-pick given so I could get it all up into my gob. Divine.
