Review of Grilled Aubergine Sandwich (Veganised) at Sarnies by hermainesay

One of the better grilled aubergines Ive had though its just a tad bland, the roasted peppers gave it a nice smoky flavour. Wouldve been better with a punchy sauce or some cracked pepper & salt!
