Eggplant Gravy at Maharaja's Foods — kaleialoha's Review (May 19, 2020)

This is perfect over some basmati rice, it’s more like a egg plant stew, but they call it a gravy and who am I to argue. It made with coconut milk and spices, the coconut base goes so well with the aromatic basmati rice.
