Bean soup might not sounds exciting but they season it well and with the naan bread it’s a very comforting dish.

This is perfect over some basmati rice, it’s more like a egg plant stew, but they call it a gravy and who am I to argue. It made with coconut milk and spices, the coconut base goes so well with the aromatic basmati rice.

This was a surprising find in a hole in the wall coffee shop. It’s spinach, kale, black quinoa, hummus, avocado, tomatoes and cucumber. The dressing is a simple lemon and olive oil dressing that highlights this dish.

This house made burger is the winner, I love it and the pickled onions, aioli and mustard really make it pop.
