

Pecel is an originally vegan dish from Indonesia, unless if the sauce is non-vegan sometimes. But other than that, it's always a rescue and staple for Indonesian vegans.
The Pecel from Loving Kitchen is SO GOOD. It has leavy greens and green beans which are boiled or steamed til soft, many pieces of tofu and tempe which are fried lightly til golden brown, fenerous amount of Javanese peanut sauce, topped with some chips. The sauce is both sweet and savoury, very peanutty, and it makes the meal very high in protein. #jaan
