Review of Amy's Organic Lentil Vegetable Soup - Amy’s by curvycarbivore

This is SUCH a thick soup, it’s more like eating straight lentils and vegetables. I ended up adding 2 cups of veggie broth and turned this into 2 servings (145 calories each). The flavor is okay, it tastes like what you would expect. I love that it’s all organic, has a ton of healthy veggies, and is great for a quick and cheap dinner.
