This is SUCH a thick soup, it’s more like eating straight lentils and vegetables. I
ended up adding 2 cups of veggie broth and turned this into 2 servings (145 calories each). The flavor is okay, it tastes like what you would expect. I love that it’s all organic, has a ton of healthy veggies, and is great for a quick and cheap dinner.

Wish I was more clear with my snapshot before devouring this. It's a really healthy,
wholesome, clean soup. It's just bland. Obviously, you get what you ask for: veggies and lentils. Because of that I think it deserves 5 stars, but it jusr didn't excite me. A quarter way through I found my self running to the kitchen for hot sause and pepper flakes. Add your favorite seasonings, and it's amazing. #soup #veganin2021 #abillionlove
