Review of Acai at Grounded by CMCR by sazzie

Food is good but can’t say the same about the service. I ordered the açai bowl and paid extra for Chia pudding.
After 20 mins of waiting, their staff came and told me I have to wait an hour for the Chia pudding to set, and asked if I was ok swapping it to muesli instead. I said just give me what you’ve got. After another 10 mins, they came and said Chia pudding is actually available and I’ll be getting what I ordered. 5 mins later, they served me açai bowl, with muesli..... ☹️ Also it says “ask for vegan options” on the menu but the staff didn’t really know what’s vegan and not vegan.
