Vegan Vegetable Risotto at Café and Bar Lurcat — Iszy's Review (Feb 26, 2020)

I was really happy to hear that the risotto can be made vegan here. It was surprisingly good too! It maintained creaminess and the vegetables and oyster mushrooms added to it were great!
