Salted Caramel Chocolate Cupcake at Vegan East — Iszy's Review (Feb 23, 2020)

I don't think there is a Vegan East cupcake I haven't loved! They are all so moist and the frosting is so light. I'm generally not a big frosting fan but I seriously love Vegan East's recipe. The crunchy caramel bits on top give it a nice added texture. #chocoholic
